Roman Jasins entered international business in 1996, launching the Russian operations of International Trendsetters. This American-led, Riga-based consultancy helped dozens of Fortune 500, midsize and smaller companies from abroad to establish profitable operations in the former Soviet Union. Building on this experience, Roman founded Discovery, a successful market-research firm serving local and international businesses in the Baltics and Russia.

Roman augmented his background in management and international business with information technology credentials - earning a master's degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Overall, Roman has more than ten years' experience managing internet-based projects for numerous enterprises, including the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga e-learning program, and the e-commerce and information security activities of Check.IT. Roman continues to tailor and manage IT solutions for US and European companies.
