Mark Peatey is a successful senior director and consultant with nine years experience in launching and expanding companies in the European broadcast and digital media industries. Mark was responsible for the development of the business plan, the launch and successful growth of the web business for the UK's largest commercial television network, growing it (ITV.com) across 4 years to become one of the biggest UK broadcast websites. He has thus far launched more than 35 websites, including one of the most successful game sites in Europe.

Mark has provided consulting to blue-chip media companies on strategies to maximize their brand and profits on digital platforms whilst also assisting successful European media companies to launch into the UK market (TV production companies, online gaming companies, communities, IPTV/web TV). As an interim CEO, he has also turned around struggling companies, including a digital media/software company and on a separate assignment launched a national TV Game show and lottery business. He has been significantly involved with many companies to assess opportunities and/or expand into the UK, including Shibstedt, BingoLotto, PAF, and many more. He most recently co-founded www.financeacar.co.uk, (currently in Beta) a groundbreaking car finance and car leasing aggregator and comparison website that provides users with the best price possible.

Mark has a strong corporate finance background in which he has overseen due diligence, M&A transactions, and negotiated JVs, partnerships and deals with some of the UK's largest media companies. He also has a law degree, an international business degree and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
