12 May 2009Our new man in Malaysia, Gerald Smith, has been involved in numerous initiatives for web, e-commerce and mobile. He started his career as an investment manager at a privately owned Japanese investment firm, where he gained first-hand experience in identifying new business opportunities and advising on strategic investments. In 1998 he founded Sportdreams, a leading developer of online sports content and fantasy sports games. Serving as its CEO he has led the international expansion of the business, with offices in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Toronto, Sydney and Kuala Lumpur.
